Dinner Special Re Heating Instructions
*Preheat oven to 275F
*Place all items to be reheated in the oven (potatoes and turkey will
Take longest to heat up)
*After 15-20 minutes stir everything or turn over if possible
(drippings and dressings usually settle in the bottom)
*After another 15-20 minutes small meals should be heated through,
Larger meals can take up to an hour and should be stirred again
*Once the meal is warmed up, the temperature can be turned down
to 200 F until ready to be served
*Gravy should be put in a pan to be heated on the stove
Although we don’t recommend it, the meal can be heated in the microwave but the food needs to be taken out of the aluminum containers and put into microwave safe ones
